Verify the following:
- Your PC or laptop is connected to a touch input on the screen.
- The cable is no longer than 3 m, has no extenders, and is connected directly to the screen.
- If the screen has more than one touch output, the connected touch output corresponds to the current video input port, for example HDMI 1 / Touch 1 or HDMI 2 / Touch 2.
- When using an Apple device, the Legamaster All-in-one driver is installed.
If you still have no touch response, unplug the USB cable from the PC or laptop and connect it to another USB port.
If the touch interface is still not working, contact your local Service Partner.
